1. What are the terms of payment for long term stay?
The term is 2 months deposit which is refundable upon expiration of the contract.
2. Do we have to pay for the utilities?
No. The rate is inclusive of basic electricity like electric fan and basic water. Appliances like TV, DVD etc. will be allowed for a minimal charge.
3. Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
4. Is there ample parking space available?
Yes. Royal Dormitory can accomodate four cars safely, for a minimal charge.
5. Is the location accessible to major malls, schools, hospitals and other establishments?
Yes. The dormitory is 5 minutes away from the Makati CBD, Makati Medical Center, 10 minutes away from Ayala malls (Glorietta & Greenbelt), 10 minutes away from major universities in Taft Ave. Manila (DLSU, St. Scholastica's College, Arellano University), 25 minutes away from Central Manila (Quiapo, Espana), 30 minutes away from Quezon City (St. Luke's Medical Center).
6. Is the location safe?
Yes. The dormitory is located in a residential community, San Antonio Village is a safe and quiet community. There is 24-hour security in the dormitory.
7. How far is the dormitory from the Airport?
The dormitory is just 15 minutes away from the domestic and international airport.
8. Can I cook in the dormitory?
There is a kitchenette located in the dormitory where one can cook.
9. Is there a laundry shop near the dormitory?
There is a laundry service inside the dormitory provided by Astoria Laundry & Dry Clean Co., which offers wash-dry-fold, wash-dry-press and dry cleaning for the clients convenience at an affordable price.
10. Is there a convenience store near the dormitory?
Yes. There is a convenience store inside the dormitory which offers snacks, cold drinks, cell phone load, toiletries etc. Major supermarket and groceries like Shopwise and Cash and Carry is 10 minutes away from the dormitory.
11. How do I get there?
From Ayala Ave. Makati-Walk to the Makati Central Post Office (which is located at Ayala ave. corner Buendia),ride a jeepney at the back of the post office, kamagong-malugay route. Go down at the last stop, walk a few meters then you will see Akle st. FARE-approx. P7.50
From Buendia Ave. Makati-Ride a bus at Buendia ave. going to Roxas boulevard, go down the bus before you cross the railroad or before you cross south super highway, walk to Mayapis st., Ride a tricycle then tell the driver to take you to Akle st. San Antonio village Makati. FARE-approx. P25.00
From SHOPWISE Makati-Ride a tricycle at shopwise,then tell the driver to take you to Akle St. San Antonio Village, Makati. FARE-approx. P15.00
From Greenhills San Juan-Ride a bus at EDSA going to buendia Makati, then ride a tricycle at Mayapis st. FARE-approx. P25.00
